# Using Projects

Projects are an easiest way to categorize, tag and filter your different monitors, heartbeats, domains and statupages.

### Using Projects

* You can use the created projects with your Monitors, Heartbeats, Domain names and Status pages by selecting the desired project name under these entities.
* The outline of the configured entities will chane to the color of the project that you have configured.
* You can also use these projects to filter the respective entities by project name.
